I was really curious about this post by @Psycheout86, so I did some reading. Here's what I understood and hope it helps you too: What's punkstrategy? • It's a recently launched automated on-chain protocol designed to enhance liquidity and value accrual for CryptoPunks. It introduces a self-sustaining flywheel mechanism through its ERC-20 token, $PNKSTR. - TLDR on how it works: Accumulated trading fees from $PNKSTR are used to buy floor Punks and relist them at 1.2x of the floor price. When these Punks are sold, 100% of the ETH proceeds are used to buy $PNKSTR and burn them. - Now replace Punks with @AxieInfinity's Mystic Axies and $PNKSTR with something like $MYSTR and you get the idea. - Bullish on Mystic Axies. But not only that, it could potentially launch a wave of the same flywheel for other NFTs on Ronin. Imagine Ronke NFTs & token flywheel just for fun. But why is Uniswap v4 needed? • V4 allows for customizable smart contracts called hooks for liquidity pools in @Ronin_Network's Katana Dex. • Hooks enable the flywheel talked about here via customizable trading fees (not available in V3 which has fixed trading fees). • But not only that, V4 also allows for dynamic fee adjustments during swaps, removal of fee restrictions, lower gas fees.
