In the 2018 bear market I lost 90% from my ATH. I was coping by drinking and clubbing, and honestly, I was extremely depressed. It took me a few months to get my shit together. In January 2019: Moved to Paris, I got a freelance gig ($8–10k/month), started hitting the gym 6 times a week, quit alcohol. The CBB Cartel went full gym-mode and ignored crypto for months. I believe this was key for what we did during 2020 bull market. If you’re down bad, get your shit together. Survive. Try to improve daily. Good luck.
