2009 - 2023 was the retail era of crypto.
2023 onwards is the insti/macro/mainstream era of crypto.
The last couple of years has seen a seismic shift in how this industry operates both from a market action perspective as well as a technology adoption perspective.
We are finally at the point where those outside of the traditional crypto bubble are taking this industry seriously and allocating capital & resources in a real way.
Of course, I firmly believe most of the adoption will happen in the Ethereum ecosystem - both at layer 1 and through various layer 2's - and I'm very happy that Ethereans have generally always had a long-term view (because that is what is needed to win).
But there's still a lot left to build and a lot of upside left in quality cryptoassets to go with it . As always, don't get shaken out by the short-term noise - focus on the long-term signal.
