Las Vegas GP 2025 Poker Chip Campaign Terms and Conditions

Enrollment eligibility:

  • The Las Vegas Poker Chip Campaign ("Campaign") is being offered by OKX INC. ("OKX"). It starts on November 21, 2025 at 00:00 PT and ends on November 23, 2025 at 23:59 PT(the "Campaign Period").

  • This Campaign is available to eligible attendees who (1) receive an OKX branded poker chip in Las Vegas between November 21, 2025 and November 22, 2025 in Las Vegas (the "Event"); (2) register via a link posted on OKX global social accounts; (3) or register via a link shared by OKX influencers. Eligible attendees must reside in the United States during the Campaign Period (as confirmed by advanced identity verification) except that individuals residing in New York, Texas, American Samoa, Guam, the Northern Mariana Islands, and the US Virgin Islands are not eligible to participate. OKX employees are also not eligible to participate.

  • To qualify, you must opt-in by scanning the QR code or by activating the referral code described above that you received during the Campaign Period. The codes and campaign link will lead to the app or the Campaign landing page.

  • In order to participate and receive the rewards, winners must pass OKX's advanced identity verification.

  • Limit one reward per eligible participant. Sub-accounts will not be eligible to participate or receive any rewards.

Reward description:

  • Tier 1: Each eligible attendee who completes the poker chip number validation process and passes OKX’s advanced identity verification (each an "Eligible Participant") will receive $60 in BTC. Note $10 in BTC is OKX's standard new user reward that will immediately be sent to your OKX wallet. The additional $50 in BTC is a special "crypto gift" to celebrate the race weekend in Las Vegas that you must claim on the Campaign rewards page. The $50 crypto gifts are offered on a first-come, first-served basis. It is given to the first 2,000 new users that are fully verified and onboard with the referral code. Tier 1 rewards have no AUM requirement and rewards may be withdrawn after a 30-day lock-up period.

  • Tier 2: Eligible Participants will receive $90 in BTC when they deposit and trade $200. Tier 2 rewards may be withdrawn after a 30-day lock-up period.

  • Tier 3: Eligible Participants will receive $300 in BTC when they deposit $10,000. Tier 3 rewards may be withdrawn after a 30-day lock-up period.

  • Tier 2 and Tier 3 rewards will be locked-up for 30 days and become eligible for withdrawal once the lock-up period expires. During this lock-up period, participants cannot withdraw rewards (or equivalent) from their OKX accounts. If your OKX account is closed for any reason during the 30-day lock-up period, the Reward is deemed canceled in full.

  • In the event of suspected fraudulent activity, including but not limited to ACH reversals, use of stolen or invalid ticket numbers, account abuse, or coordinated manipulation, OKX reserves the right to disqualify users and revoke or withhold reward eligibility.

  • The one-time "crypto gift" reward is based on the value of the asset when it is acquired. The USD value of the crypto reward may change as it transitions from being awarded to when it is deposited into a user's OKX account.

  • By default, users who enter the Campaign page and participate in this Campaign have read and understood the Terms and Conditions of this Campaign.

  • This activity is not (i) investment advice or an investment recommendation; (ii) an offer or solicitation, buy or sell crypto/digital assets; or (iii) financial, accounting, legal or tax advice.   • Please note that the value of prizes may fluctuate. Due to such price fluctuations, the value of your prize may increase or decrease in value at any given moment. OKX is not responsible for fluctuations in the value of prizes due to market fluctuations. All applicable taxes, costs, and additional expenses associated with the acceptance and use of the prize are the sole responsibility of the Campaign prize recipient.

  • Any and all applicable taxes and all fees and additional expenses, including connection, installation, and/or service costs, related to acceptance and use of the reward are the sole responsibility of the individual reward recipient.

  • During the Campaign Period, OKX will closely track the behaviour of traders to avoid any form of cheating or abnormal behaviour, including but not limited to: registering multiple accounts, using other people's accounts, using other people's information to register accounts, false KYC information, maliciously increasing trading data, engaging in laundering trades or wash trades, violating the terms and conditions of the Campaign, violating local regulatory rules for transaction and any other campaigns related to illegal, fraudulent or harmful purposes. If any of the above acts are deemed to be discovered by OKX, OKX reserves the right to disqualify the user from the prize.

  • Notwithstanding anything to the contrary herein, OKX reserves the right to exclude any participant from participating in this Campaign without notice.

  • Please note that the value of the reward may fluctuate and may not be equal in value at the time a recipient has the ability to withdraw based on market fluctuation. Prices of crypto/digital assets, including stablecoins, can and do fluctuate at any moment. Due to such price fluctuations, you may increase or lose value in your assets at any given moment.

  • OKX reserves the right to determine and amend the rules of the Campaign at any time without further notice, including but not limited to cancelling, extending or terminating this Campaign, modifying the eligibility conditions for users participating in the Campaign, and adjusting the Campaign and Reward rules. All participants shall be bound by these revised terms.

  • OKX reserves the right to final interpretation of this Campaign. Please contact the customer service team if you have any questions. Where any discrepancy arises between the translated versions and the original English version, the English version shall prevail.
