here's how it works:
conquest is the first social, team based pvp game mode in gigaverse.
to win, you'll need to coordinate with your faction to capture & hold as much territory as you can within the conquest map.
to begin playing conquest, proceed to the faction hall to the left of the spawn area, and click on the portal in the centre of the room.
to capture territory, you'll need to spend faction stubs, which you can collect by defeating echoes in dungetron 5000, and dungetron underhaul.
USE YOUR OWN FACTION STUBS: to increase your control of a territory.
USE OPPOSING FACTION STUBS: to decrease their control of a territory.
faction stubs are not tradeable and will reset weekly, so must be spent in the week they are collected.
participants in the beta will earn a special SBT (soulbound token).
this is the first time we run a public beta of an upcoming feature. expect a lack of polish and - potentially - to find bugs. your feedback will help us shape the full version of conquest! 🙏
don't forget: you can switch your faction at any time you choose - including during a live conquest match.
switching factions does not change the faction stubs you already hold, but it does change any future faction stubs that drop from echoes after your change.
