How do I install OKX App on HarmonyOS 5 & HarmonyOS NEXT?

HarmonyOS 5 version

You need to first install the Zhuoyitong App > Download the OKX App installation package from website. Then, use Zhuoyitong App to open the OKX App installation package and complete the installation.

1. Download and install the Zhuoyitong App

In App store, search for Zhuoyitong > Install.

2. Download the OKX app

Please be sure to get the download link through the official download page, copy the APK link to open in the mobile browser , and then complete the download and installation.

Note:

If you’ve created OKX Wallet, please remember to back it up before updating or uninstalling the app. This includes your seed phrase or private key. If these are lost, your wallet assets cannot be recovered. To back up your wallet, go to Menu on the app > Backups > Select the wallet you wish to backup > Cloud backup/Seed phrase.

3. Install App via Zhuoyitong

Select Search App in Zhuoyitong, enter the OKX download address in the input box or scan the OKX download QR code.

During the installation process, select learn about risks > I understand the risks of this app after reading, and then tab Install Anyway. Once installed successfully, you can use the OKX App normally on the HarmonyOS system.

HarmonyOS NEXT version

You can download or update it by searching for "OKX" in the Huawei AppGallery. Please make sure the official app's developer is "OKX MALTA LTD". Currently, some countries or regions may not support downloading the OKX app from the AppGallery.

Important notes before updating or reinstalling:

  • If you have created a Web3 wallet, back up your wallet first. Learn more here about how to back your seed phrase or private key.

  • If you have created a keyless wallet, before updating or uninstalling the app, kindly ensure that:

    • You can log in to the Exchange account linked to the keyless wallet.

    • You remember the password for your cloud backup.

Note: if you forget the cloud backup password, you won't be able to restore the keyless wallet from the cloud.
